Examples of my work, botanical and natural history, can be found in many private collections around the world.

I also have botanical work hanging in the Visitors Centre of the Durban Botanic Gardens, as well as the Head Office of SANBI(South African National Biodiversity Institute)and exhibited at the prestigious Kirstenbosch Biennale Exhibition of Botanical Art from 2002 to 2010, being awarded medals at each exhibition.

I relocated to England in 2011, joined SWSBA and by 2013, was elected to full membership of the SBA(Society of Botanical Artists) and at the 2013 exhibition received the Derwent award for ‘outstanding work in the Coloured Pencil medium’.

In 2010, work was accepted  by the New York State Museum , to be exhibited at the Focus on Nature exhibition. This work also received a Jury award. In 2014, another work was accepted for exhibition and this work is to remain in the permanent collection of the New York State Museum.

I was invited to be listed in the autumn edition of ‘Who’s Who in Art’ 2014.

I tutor in the medium of Coloured Pencil

Although botanical work is covered, I also tutor all aspects of natural history illustration – birds, animals. The versatility of the Coloured Pencil medium is comprehensively covered and its inclusion into mixed media artworks is also explored.

I give regular lessons in Sidmouth on Fridays, as well as monthly lessons in Lyme Regis and through The Old Kennels, Dunkeswell
