Annual General Meeting at Stoke St Mary Village Hall and Talk by John and Anne Beddington
Flowers and Insects Working Together – an illustrated talk by Anne and John Bebbington
Anne, a botanist and botanical illustrator, and John, an entomologist and skilled photographer, have been working together over the last few years exploring the relationship between the structure of flowers and the behaviour of their insect pollinators.
Using Anne’s botanical knowledge and her illustrations and John’s photographs, they will show you some of the fascinating ways in which flowers and their insect pollinators interact.
The talk will follow the AGM and a Soup and Puddings lunch
